TeamKita is building a Malaysia-focused HR and payroll operating system for SMEs. We help companies manage attendance, shifts, leave, claims, payroll, payslips, and internal compliance in one product instead of stitching together spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and separate tools. Our goal is to reduce admin work for employers while giving employees simple self-service workflows for check-ins, leave requests, claims, and payslip access. We’re starting with workforce operations and payroll workflows that are especially painful for growing businesses with multiple branches and frontline teams.
